DigiFast.in — PAN Services & Vehicle Insurance Support

PAN Services

  • Once a PAN application or correction request is submitted to the government portal, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Service charges paid to DigiFast.in for PAN card assistance are non-refundable, as the process involves administrative costs and documentation.
  • Refunds will only be considered if payment was deducted twice for the same transaction or in cases of technical errors during submission.

Vehicle Insurance Services

  • Vehicle insurance policies, once issued by the insurer, are subject to the cancellation rules of the respective insurance provider.
  • DigiFast.in cannot independently cancel an active insurance policy. Customers must contact the insurance company directly for policy cancellations.
  • Service charges taken by DigiFast.in for facilitation are non-refundable.

General Conditions

  • No refunds will be provided for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or false information submitted by the customer.
  • In rare cases of technical errors or duplicate payments, refunds will be created within 7–10 working days after proper verification.
  • DigiFast.in reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The revised version will be posted on the website.
